Family-Owned Business
Sol Griffith, founder of FireShield Solutions LLC, grew up in the mountains of south-central Wyoming, where he first started using a chainsaws at age nine. A 7-year U.S. Army Veteran, upon receiving his honorable discharge, went on to find employment as a Wildland firefighter for the U.S. Forest Service, specifically as a sawyer on a hotshot crew. These days he spends time working both in the fire mitagation field, as well as a professional contract hazard tree faller.
His extensive background in the field underpins FireShield Solutions' commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Sol enjoys all things outdoors with his wife, Shaila, and their three sons: twins Boon and Bear, and newborn Sawyer.
